I purchased a pair of boots in brown I own and love in gray. The boots arrived in time for a good price but are NOT the style in photos. I contacted the seller. After looking into the sale, I was told there was an error in listing and offered a discount to keep or a refund to return. These boots are not the same style and do not fit the same so I requested the return label for refund. I have since asked for an update twice without anything but a “let me check” and now no response.

I ordered one item and was sent something else. The item was listed as new, and shown in manufacture packaging. In addition to being the incorrect item, it wasn't new and in manufacturing packaging. I contacted the seller about this, and they didn't respond to me.
