*Ebay requested feedback* Not a great experience. Despite my working with them the Seller did not provide tracking information until after the item was not received then became unreasonably snippy in their attitude when asked for an update. Appalling standard of packaging, v fragile item in a soft, collapsible box so Item arrived smashed. Seller insisted on my returning the destroyed pieces further adding to my inconvenience. Painful.

I don't believe that asking you to confirm details was snappy or rude. Cust. was very rude due to an issue with delivering to their supplied address as if I was the postal worker responsible for the delay I apologised for regardless. Box was sturdy with item well wrapped. I was only given option for a return/refund. I received a box that had obviously been stood on, with force. Unlikely any teapot would withstand that, unless shipped in expensive wooden crate. Full refund given, best I could do.
