THe seller contacted to explain there was a quality problem with latest product and they weren't happy to sell as they were - gave a full refund. All in all a good experience - although I can't comment on the product it seems to me they are a responsible seller. Have given 3 stars for description and despatch time as can't mark N/A - the product would have come direct from China so despatch time was quite long compared to UK despatch
