We are selling on ebay for the last 10 years. Our feedback reflects what we do. 50% refund offered on jacket already received. Can be worn not rubbish. Only got mixed up, did appologised. Custoners like you thinks that buying a £18 jacket... You bought the whole business. Orders like you biuggt jacket for £500...next time orders from Harrods.. And you will get the customer service you want.
