      THIS SELLER- folded the rubber molding into a small box NO CARE it was badly received anyone could at least understand my concern why NOT post pack correctly and clients ie ME would be more appeased especially since the spoiler was just a cut piece of 'rubber molding' POORLY MADE and presented NOT AS listed in the ad STATED 'item will fit 1999 SAAB 95 sedan CUT SHORT AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY - my advice is ITEMS ON EBAYER can be NOT AS LISTED and POSTAGE AUD70 a TOTAL RIPPOFF 'BUYERS BEWARE!

      The Item was exactly what I was looking for, before purchase I verified the fitment through ebay and the seller. I was able to negotiate prices with the seller because of the shipping costs were high for the particular car part. I ordered a bumper "primed", it arrived as described, but it had a few minor damages. It requited additional prep work before painting. Overall, I would order from this seller again.

      The seller usually responded within a day. The shipping was a little long but that's because the part comes from a company in Germany. overall it took me about 30 days to receive. The packaging was pretty terrible. the box was just a box and was pretty torn up during shipping. there was no sort of stuffing or reinforcement of the box inside luckily the lip itself was not damaged the protective plastic film on it did its job. The lip itself is beautiful very high gloss!
