We got what we ordered, albeit PRC manufactured as opposed to our originals all made in USA, but apparently even after Brexit, we are still suffering & included into European deliveries of products! Delivered in a few days, packaged okay, but not hard backed envelope with card to deter items getting bent in transit, luckily both okay! Best price found & selection of colours & ballpoint sizes, communication must be AI as their messages didn’t come across as a human!
