No problems with seller. Problems with Carrier - Yodel!. It took 5 days from receiving the parcel to delivery using Yodel 48!. The on delivery instead of ringing doorbell or knocking on door, courier proceeded to try forcing the package through the letterbox, and when this didnt work, tore the package open, pushed the contents through the letterbox causing it to fall onto a hard tiled floor, and finished the job by pushing the remainder of the packaging after it. The seller is aware of this.

Sorry to hear all this. The courier provided a standard apology letter when I complained, but as you say, I'm not sure what else I can do.
