The item, a PC, was packaged well, and delivered on time. My problem came from the original advert not naming the brand or model number of "the item". The images on the advert showed both small form factor and normal sized computer cases, so I asked them to send me a normal sized case. I received a reply that they would try. What arrived was a small form factor, 2012 HP 6300. Definitely no gaming box, no matter how much RAM you add.
