Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to CA. Posted shipping fees as estimated. When actual costs are lower, buyer gets a refund. When higher (like in this case to CA from NC), buyer is contacted and advised of difference for payment, including option to cancel the order. Shame on this buyer for blaming me for shipping costs. We make no money on shipping.
