We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.
 
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
 
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
 
Payment terms are cash, paypal, credit/debit cards and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)
 
Title of the goods remains with KMS until payment is made in full.

You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

    Value for money fire

    First impressions it looks quite pretty, gives off quite a lot of heat (even though curing it and, hence, not using a lot of wood) and represents good value for money. But, you only get what you pay for. Whilst it is definitely not top quality it is not bad quality either. Let down by the horrible screws (complete with ugly screw heads) securing the 5 air vents and the clumsy looking nuts on the inside of the handle (but at least they are hidden). Not convinced the lugs fixing the doors are that strong but time will tell.
