Item was as described, faulty and found the issue so hopefully not a costly repair/new part. Sellers communication is very poor, I had to message a few times to get a response, over a week for the item to be dispatched and receive a message saying this. DHL’s communication was spot on and delivered when they said they would.

Extremely Happy Camper Here. If at all possible I would give three thumbs up!
I bought this as a faulty unit, because there were only a few possible problems (blown fuse, broken wire, broken switch or dead motor).
As it turned out, the fault was a misaligned interlock..... So I have got a brand new pillar drill, for a fraction of the price it would have cost new.
It came by DHL ever so quickly, and I and very very happy.
