    The printer arrived as promised and the communication was good. Although I was aware that the item had been opened, I didn’t expect to find essential components removed and wrapped separately. Without any installation instructions or manual, I spent two hours setting up the machine - the ink cartridges had leaked badly, the ink staining everything that came into contact: my carpet, furniture and, indelibly, my hands.

    Have been using this printer for the pas...

    Have been using this printer for the past few days and I am really pleased with it. I had a previous model with the duplex fitted but this one is so much faster and quieter. I like the timer feature so that I can have the printer just to stay powered up during the day when I will use it. I was shocked that there were cartridges still in the printer, but the tanks are huge so I dont think these will need to be replaced in ages. Just wish there was a stapling function, then I would be 100% satisf
