They know they send out wrong items eg, buy 18mm wide masking tape, get 38mm and hope you don't complain. They know they don't reply within 24hrs. Not accidental. The three buckets are damaged and still leaking how can I send it even the post office cannot take leaking liquid there is not box to send it back. And the seller didn't reply to my messages and still waiting. The service is really bad and they don't want to solve the issues 😕. I.
