    I had to reset it so it was fresh for the buyer but didn't realise it had rolled back the OS. Its easily fixed so I tried to help the buyer at first but he wasnt having any of it and called me a d... hence the bombast. I didn't realise he was so livid about it or I wouldve offered a refund immediately. I take great care to get everything right, packaging the works
