    good quality haylage buyer was quick to respond to all my questions about shipping. Haylage arrived well wrapped and in good timing. One of my bales was unfortunate to of been caught up with mud during the wrapping process which meant when I opened it, it had gone mouldy from the moisture, I contacted the seller with photos, seller was apologetic and shipped out a fresh replacement promptly. Good value for money will buy again. highly recommend this seller, a bulk postage cost would make better.

    Good service and comms from seller as always . DHL snd ebay let this seller down on this occasion , no comms from DHL and ebay system did not notify me that seller had despatched my parcel or ghat it had eventually been delivered 96hrs late , seller has been very reliable over last 10 years , DHL however needs to step up to the plate , employing immigrants who leave parcels in doorways for anyone to take , not good enough.

    Five star seller, great price and fast shipping. Unfortunately let down by DHL who sent an email to say that it would be delivered 17.58-18.58 on the 2nd July. Trusted the info and stayed at home, then discovered that it had arrived back at delivery base at 18.34.....no attempt to deliver. Finally delivered 3rd July 17.30. No response from DHL whatsoever regarding the whereabouts of the parcel or poor service.
