    Seems to be truly a genuine Samsung remote!

    This was baught as a backup to the Samsung remote supplied with a new TV. I cannot see any difference between this remote and the original Samsung remote. My conclusion is that this remote is actually a genuine Samsung part and it performs as you would expect.
