It arrived in the box that was utterly shattered sellotaped together. Contacted the Seller who seemed to be satisfied with the condition of the item and the it arrived in. I have never seen anything like this. Part had to be fitted on the car same day, so I couldn't get in the process of returning it, otherwise I definitely would return it (I just hope it will work fine). You can judge by these photos whether this is acceptable...
