all i asked if i could get 2 canbus boxes to replace the ones that blew and malfunctioned from when recieved the harness scovered in oil and wet . s ask to express ship and he wanted to charge me 30 dollars while we wasted 2-3 weeks of me trying to explain and show them pictures of blowm fuse that a hole for them finally realize ..horrible business same with there so called "customer support" i had to explain the problem to them about 7 times..rather get my refund then get charged another 30

Do Not Buy from this Seller! I spent over $248 for the Android 12 stereo receiver for my BMW, along with back-up camera. Stereo receiver did not fit. I returned both items at the same time. Shipping costs were an additional $80. Seller only refunded partial payment of $16. That's correct: $16 dollars and stopped all communication. Definitely would not repeat business. Pursuing other avenues to get monies refunded. Very poor business practices. Poor Seller. Grade: F-

Had Bought this in late December thinking it was going to arrive sometime in January but seller came through and deliver just in time before Christmas huge shout out to him and not to mention the fact that as part of the install I broke the reverse camera cable so I messaged him about that and he sent me a replacement which came in, in about a week or so ! Overall this store is 10/10 , product was 10/10 and customer service was a 100/10 !
