Best seller I have come across on ebay. Went far above and beyond to solve a Royal Mail issue. Went the extra mile in communications when I was rushing, dealing with various disasters, happily giving 100% for every detail of the service. Took time, effort and financial burden it seems in surpassing a chain of events worthy of "Seconds from Disaster" with noisy scaffolding work, a broken door bell and an mystery at Royal Mail. Tribal Class is also the best name ever. My great uncle on HMS Sikh!
