    Firstly, it took a lot longer than expected to get here. eCommerce held the item in transit for 16 days before shipping to the UK, and once it arrived, I was shocked to find there was little padding for the box making it more susceptible to damage. The Furby in question looked as advertised, although due to the owners's old batteries corroding from not taking them out, it doesn't even turn on! I cleaned around it as best as I can with new batteries and it still won't turn on! Very disappointed.
