I ordered 3 bottles, but when I received my package (which was on time and prompt), two were fine but one was missing its cap and completely empty. I was afraid this would be a real problem and no one would believe me. But after sending the supplier a photo and explaining what I received, he/she promptly refunded the money for the missing bottle. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased to discover the refund back on my credit card in short order. Fantastic customer service!
