Customer wanted to return item due to change of mind. But didn't want to pay the return postage fees. They then tried to invent another reason to return their order, to get around paying the return postage costs, which eBay rejected. Customer only left negative feedback out of malice, due to their own mistake. Scents are subjective to each individual user. Our items are all priced extremely competitively, as we import all of the items we sell from the Philippines.
