    Only way to start a fire safely

    The only way to start a fire easily and safely....No more fighting with paper or dangerous liquids to start the fireplace or campfire. One small brick ignites and easily starts your fire. Easy to pack and store for camping trips. Highly recommend.

    changed my mind to disappointed

    Looked like a great deal; worked well for first few fires so I ordered second box. Realize now that my wood was very dry and just about anything would have started it. My new wood; not wet, but not as old or dry doesn't start well with these. Problem: they burn out very, very quickly and you have to keep adding more pieces. Stuck with all these now, but will go back to my old reliable starter logs.

    Great Campfire Starter Blocks

    I use these all the time when having campfires at our lake house. I use two double blocks and crack them into the open position and station them on each side of the fire which I have built. They are really great. Have been using only these fire starters for the past 16 years. It's a real life saver when building fires.
