I ordered some baby ear defenders for my 5 month old baby. I received them in good time however when they arrived, the box was unsealed and damaged and a different colour to the description. I tried to contact the seller to arrange a return given they were not as described. However I was told by the seller that I had caused the damage on the box and had used the product. This was 100% not the case- I only received the product 30 mins to an hour before I contacted the seller. Avoid this seller

Buyer open the item and used it also took picture of item on their carpet. ( item was on carpet not in the box.) If the issue was item colour, item package has clear view area to see all item in the box. Item shouldn't be opened and damaged it's box.     Convenient and stylish

    I am really happy with my Shark wandvac. It is very light to handle and easy to empty. Perfect for jobs around the house and for the car. The crevice tool and upholstery tool are very useful too. The suction power is excellent so there is no need to go over and over the same area. I am really glad I bought it.

    Shark vacuum cleaner

    Vacuum suction is perfect just battery last not long enough, hoovered just half of a car and needed to charge it again and my car is pretty much easy to vacuum and it was clean so up to you guys if you want to vacuum just half of a car then this product is perfect!

    A really useful gadget

    This is a very handy little kitchen tool that sits on the corner of my kitchen top and after a couple of months use has proved reliable although, obviously, I can advise no further . Mine came with a 10year warranty. You just have to get into the habit of emptying it over the waste bin after each use which is simply the push of a button and the junk flies out. This is necessary as the Shark has only a small dust compartment. The filter needs a clean now and then -I found the housing requires quite a hard squeeze and push to access it but no doubt this will ease a little in time. It's no great problem. This is easily the most used gadget around my flat and I thoroughly recommend it as a quick cleaner for crumbs and a light clean of the house.
