Not happy. The tracking information showed that a postage label had been generated, but it was never taken to a Post Office.
After a lengthy delay I asked where it was, and I was told it was returned to them by the post as they couldn't deliver to my address. Which isn't true as the tracking info shows it was never lodged!
A waste of time, but I did receive a full refund.
