- g***n (118)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseWatching Roger Moore in Live And Let Die is like imagining Jacob Rees-Mogg walking into a Black Lives Matter meeting,but the whole "Shaft"vibe was very much of it's time and therefore relevant then.To get Paul McCartney and Wings to do the theme was a coup,though and as John Barry was busy elsewhere the producers asked George Martin to step in-and he didn't do a bad job in the end with a contempary score that fitted the images on screen perfectly.Time for more John Barry Bond scores in full.
