The item arrived broken. I messaged the seller. Upset that no returns allowed. Seller accused me of breaking the item as I did not like it and wanted to return. Insulting me and causing a great deal of stress. I wanted the item I fought for it. Allowing then a return but with me paying the postage is not acceptable as it is not my fault the item arrived damaged. Poor customer service. Although the item is beautiful and I love it paying for something broken is not what I would do.
