I think this is a fantastic book on one of my favorite breads, Cinnamon Rolls! It gives you several dough recipes options, easy dough, traditional dough, no knead dough, vegan dough, gluten-free dough and a few more.It describes the anatomy of a cinnamon roll and the different ingredients that are used. it describes the different types of cinnamon and the flavor it gives to the bread. There is so much information in this book that you would have to read it to really understand why it is such a good book. It has many variations on the cinnamon roll and I am taking my time picking and choosing the recipes, the ones I have tried, just to name a few are delicious are yummy glazed cinnamon rolls, pineapple upside down, classic cinnamon rolls,festive cranberry-orange cinnamon rolls. I am working up to eventually try some of the more exotic cinnamon rolls like tarte tatin cinnamon rolls with creme fraiche, moroccan cinnamon rose petal crescent, or szechuan pepper cinnamon rolls with fresh ginger glaze. Many cookbooks have recipes for cinnamon rolls and they tend to be all the same, a sweet dough you roll out you put a mixture of brown sugar and ground cinnamon and possibly some raisins or a nut and finally a glaze of powdered sugar and milk. Don't get me wrong they are delicious but all the same. Now you get a chance to bake some 60 variations of so which you can get creative and mix and match the ingredients. I feel that this is a very good book for the baker in you. It is worth buying especially if you feel about cinnamon rolls like the book title says, "I love Cinnamon Rolls", This book will satisfy that love!!Read full review
