It's looks nice and fits on my back seat with plenty of room for my pooch. Item came well packed and was in fab condition. All in all value for money.

Framework only held together by a single screw in each arm, coupling is very flimsy and breaks easily. Even though my broken cage was replaced without a problem, it took to long to send out. The actual service from this seller is very good as is the customer service. Just took too long to send out the replacement crate. Personally I won't use again but this is purely because of the crate design and not the seller

It was easy to build, only eight screws, on my own alough it would have been easier with two. It arrived well packed therefore it was in exerlent condition.
