I would have happily sorted this for you and it is only the following day from your message. If only I could sit here and monitor emails 24/7 then everyone would be happy. If you want that you better buy from the big companies with call centres and plenty of staff and if anyone does read this and goes elsewhere ignoring the 1000's of positive feedback I will be relieved not to have to deal with them.
