Item exactly as described with INSANE package insulation. Seriously, you could probably make a pretty comfortable queen sized mattress out of all the foam and bubbly wrap the seller used. There was absolutely no chance of my item being damaged and I couldn't have been more happy with the effort and attention that went into the shipping. 10/10, not a single complaint!
