Ordered & paid for on Feb.27th with a stated 2-3 day delivery. Then notified delivery will be by the 4th March. THEN notified that delivery would not be until the 9th March! After I received it on the 9th I phoned in to complain and was offered a £30 credit to use on my next order. Received a credit for £20 so phoned in again and was told a further £10 credit will now be sent and apologised for the error. When the next order was placed It would only accept 1 of the credits so another phone call.

This time the call was answered by Juliet (Extn. No.1628) who couldn't apologise enough and YES SHE SORTED THE CREDITS ON THE ORDER! YIPPEE!!
