Wrong item sent twice. Wasting buyer time & energy, having to do without, arrange return, trudge to post office. Communication dreadfully slow (despite "we'll get back to you within 24hrs assurance" auto response). They know they send out wrong items eg, buy 18mm wide masking tape, get 38mm and hope you don't complain. They know they don't reply within 24hrs. Not accidental. Frist negative i've left in many years. Deserved for time-wasting

The goods I have received is all badly damaged and leaking .I tried to contact 6th seller to solve the issue they asked me to send back. The three buckets are damaged and still leaking how can I send it even the post office cannot take leaking liquid there is not box to send it back. And the seller didn't reply to my messages and still waiting. The service is really bad and they don't want to solve the issues 😕. I. Still waiting for the supplier to contact me and solve the matter.
