    Black Resin Shilajit Review

    Have used black resin for 20 days now, taking well over a grain sized amount twice a day. Haven't noticed any difference, was taking it for joint pain and a general energy boost. I have used potent Shilajit in the past ( cannot get hold of this supplier anymore ), and the difference is very noticeable. For me personally it did not meet any of the product description. Be aware that the 100 servings jar is plastic, not glass as stated, it it very small and fiddly. On a plus side, the spatula is great !!!
