I received the package. It is not a Garmin Nuvi 1690. I repeat, It is not a Garmin Nuvi 1690!!! However, the package doesnot contain a "new" ITEM , as described, but a different model, which was USED and had been opened. It appeared that the "used" Garmin was put in, and shipped in an old pre-opened Garmin 1690 box, as "New". I request EBAY issue me a credit in full; ($30.82 price, taxes and shipping). I did not receive what I paid for. The item is used. Nuvi 1690 nolonger available by Garmin.

Item was new and even had factory sticker over screen. Customer was correct in that after additional investigation is was not the 1690 model but a newer model. Regardless we did give a 100% refund including shipping. We also asked that the customer keep the item and enjoy it on us for free.
