Honestly, this seller is the best! If you have any issues with this seller, then you need to check yourself. The led light in the vacuum i first ordered wasn't working, I complained and I got a response immediately,they issued a replacement immediately as well, even without having to first receive the one I should return. I received my budget friendly new vacuum and it works perfectly! Honest seller, good communication and swift delivery, I'd rate him 10⭐️ if there were. Thank you moonkinpro.

Seller cancelled my order without consulting,claiming there was a problem with my address! Which was a LIE I checked! The truth of the matter is they are advertising items they didn’t have . Reading other feedbacks on this seller it’s the same story over and over again! AVOID THIS SELLER clearly they are dishonest and won’t answer messages when asked for the real reason! Shouldn’t be on eBay!! One star on dispatch time was my error zero stars on all aspects!

Its just not as robust as I thought it might be for the price and the small container is part of the problem re the capacity, I don’t think it’s value for money compared with what else is on the market.
