    Not For The Meek.

    Stephen Levine is a great writer. I've read him before. His writings are about Life, Grief, Dying & Death. This book is meant, I believe, to be done in a group, but the material can be assimilated singularly. It is a 1 year program of self examination. One is directed, by chapter, to look at their different aspects, beliefs & actions which keep them stuck in fear of Living. It is part of maturing Spiritually which leads one to and through a greater expression of personal Freedom. FYI - If one looks in the back of the book, they will find the month by month instructions.
