Terms and conditions of the sale
All products and services provided on our eBay store remain the sole property of Northwood Computer Services Ltd (Referred to as NCS from hereon) until paid for in full.
 
Items listed on the NCS eBay store are precisely described and contain no additional parts above and beyond what is stated, this includes consumables such as toners, drums, inks, photoconductors and printheads, it also includes power cables and power supplies. Most items include a power cable and consumables of the correct kind however please be sure to check the individual item description thoroughly.
 
All new and boxed items will be checked to ensure their integrity and will contain all parts issued as standard and be in brand new condition unless stated otherwise in the listing.
 
In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your product, we offer a 14 calendar day return policy on all products. Any items returned within this 14 day window must be returned at the buyers expense. Any New items must be returned in the original box, unused and still sealed.
 
In instances where an item is returned, we will offer an exchange unit if one is available in stock or a full refund where no exchange is available.
 
If an item is ordered in error we are able to cancel the order and offer a refund until the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped an order can still be cancelled, but will be subject to a restock fee to cover our costs (20% of the total order value including delivery).
 
In addition to the 14 day returns policy, all products are supplied with a 90 day Return To Base warranty. This warranty covers machine failure through electrical or mechanical fault, it does not cover expiration of consumable items or damage through misuse/neglect. Any items returned under the warranty policy must be returned at the buyers expense. Once a faulty machine is returned and meets the criteria above we will repair and return it at our expense. If the machine is beyond repair we will replace it with an exchange unit. If no exchange unit is available we will issue a full refund and cancel the order. The 14 day return period is included within the 90 day warranty period and IS NOT in addition to it.
 
If an item is damaged in transit it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (Excluding Saturday 00:01 until Sunday 23:59). We will then collect the unit, repair and return it at our expense. If an item is damaged in transit and this isn't reported within the first 48 hours, the product must be returned to us at the buyer's expense.
 
Any items that need to be returned by the buyer must be packed safely and securely, any damage to a returned item previously unreported by the buyer will be repaired and charged at cost.
 
Receipt of Negative or Neutral feedback will automatically void the returns policy and warranty on your product. If you have a problem please let us know, we are reasonable people and will deal with any issues as best we can.
 
Use of non-genuine toners, inks or parts in products supplied by NCS Ltd will cause an automatic warranty void.
 
We endeavor to supply our products in a fully working condition, but we are not responsible for connecting or configuring our items for the purchasers system environment. All connectivity or configuration issues remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
Please remember we sell all of these printers through other means, so we reserve the right to increase or decrease prices depending on stock levels and demand as well as end any listings that have sold elsewhere. Please also remember that these prices are specific to our eBay customers.

I ve revised this feedback to positive. The issue was dealt with properly and with excellent customer service. The problem was caused during transit and the replacement was send out in fast time, I can honestly say this is a top quality company doing a brilliant job, 5 stars out of 5 from me, thank you and I would certainly shop with you again in the future.

After leaving my negative feedback I was contacted by Northwood Computer Services, they said they were sure the item left them in good working order and may have been damaged in transit causing the poor quality printouts, they were extremely helpful and once I'd set them a photo of the print quality, they swiftly arranged for a replacement to be send to me, the replacements works absolutely fine, I can only say now what a great company with excellent customer services, 5 stars out of 5 !!

Item is good as new tbh. Did have minor delivery issue (not seller s fault, but the courier s). This was quickly rectified by the seller however. Thereafter, fast to respond to some queries I had around connecting the printer to my network. Responsive and positive at all times. Never needed to wait more than a few hours for email response to some questions I had around printer functionality. Clearly very centred around customer satisfaction - take great care in ensuring the item met my needs.

    Epson Xperia’s 255 printer

    Some difficulty in setting up wi fi ( ok cable wise ,when updated driver installed ) light indicating wi fi connection are not as instructions but wi fi does work ok. Cannot print from iPad ,even when installing Epson iPrint ,Epson say an update is due very soon with in a week , That was 3 weeks ago

    Epsom printer

    I bought this printer after reading the great reviews however it just would not work wireless. Epson helpline was not helpful and after going through the problem for 50 mins there solution was to say " we will send you details of how to connect,any problem s let us know" so they could not help. Will be buying another printer this time a Cannon with a screen that we can connect to PC. If connection is no problem then this printer would be ok,but sadly it,s a no from me

    A 1st Class Case.

    When you see cases for about £100+, you realise what a bargain this is. This was the second time I had dealt with this Company, and on each occasion, I found the staff to be polite, knew what they were talking about when it came to their stock, and it left me with a general feeling that this was an excellent supplier who lived up to their name.     Easy setup and works a treat!!

    Simple and reliable! After having bought the XP-342 and having nothing but issues with it, I bought this one with with some concerns. I shouldn't have worried. It works smoothly and without hitch. The paper feeds through well (and straight) The ink cartridges were easy to load and the print quality seems decent. It auto switches off after about 10 mins standby which is handy. It was very easy to set up. For the price, this is an excellent home printer.

    Great for home use, homework and school projects

    It’s easy to set up and easy to use especially for kids. It’s a pity the colour choice was only black and no white available so my daughter wouldn’t have it installed in her bedroom!!
