A very nice collection of rare stamps USFSR (1919-1923), nearly complete. The collection is well described - years and marking special features like paper type or rare perforation. Well packed and delivered in estimated time. Good price/quality ratio even if we deduct possible forgeries (imperforate definitives with too short rims were probably cut off her perforate siblings). I usually do not buy from overseas (higher postage and tolls) but this collection was worth doing so. Thank you.
