What was odd is that I all I had received from the seller was an empty envelope and an apology from Royal Mail! The envelope I received could never have contained the 2 bottles of drain cleaner so I remain puzzled. Fortunately, MKTradesupplies responded quickly when I contacted them and I was refunded for my purchase a few days later.
