Apologises for our error in dispatching the wrong watch but you have in fact received a Watch4, which is a far better watch than the one you ordered. There is also NO crack in the screen at all but it may well have some scratches.

The wrong item was sent initially, but through communication, rather than complaining, everything was sorted quickly with the seller. The watch was well packed and arrived quickly, looking at the watch and fully charging, it was basically a new watch, with a new strap. Just as described and works just as it should.
