Long story but I purchased a rear sub frame for my Mercedes off these guys and after receiving the perfectly packaged item within 3 days Mercedes after a six week battle decided to repair it under warranty so unfortunately I had to return the item. This company responded immediately to my request and sent me a QR code to scan at the post office and all they charged me to return a 23kg item was £3.45 which was taken off my refund.

Rapid next day delivery, and very well packed (Suspension Control Arms). I got my local garage to fit them, and they said they are fine. Hence the delay in my feedback! There were no bolts or nuts supplied, fortunately they were able to reuse the existing bolts and nuts. Note that the item is 1 off, and the same for left and right. So I ordered two. The seller was very helpful and confirmed this for me.
