it took a very long time to get this one and when I recieved it it was broken. The item was poorly packaged, I sent pictures immediately to the seller, however the issue wasn’t resolved, I sent several pictures and there was always an issue. To much back and forth, I clearly could see she was not going to resolve the issue! I’ve ordered from other vendors who had excellent custom service. Not this one!! Never again. 0 stars!

My reviews will show that I put extra care into my packaging. Buyer paid 3/29 Item was shipped 4/1. The buyer messaged me 4/17 with damage complaint. I requested pictures and explained to the buyer, the item can be returned. These pictures do not show the authentication number and damage in the same picture. The buyer instead left a negative review without requesting a return. I am trying to rectify the issue and the buyer has not responded to my attempts. reach out for proof of communication

I was out of town when the item arrived. I apologize for the feedback delay. The item is as perfect as described. Shipping was great. Packaging ... triple, yes triple boxed, wrapped in crumpled paper and rewrapped in bubble wrap then internal boxes then nestled in shredded paper this platter survived WWII and could have done it again! It is a beautiful gift for my wife on Valentine's Day and she will proudly add it her Malaison collection. Thank you!
