DVD Never arrived, Seller ignored my first message i sent 3 days after the due delivery date. To be fair they did answer my second message i sent again another 3 days later. The seller then just cancelled the order and refunded with reason given for cancelling as "buyer requested" Not happy as was hoping to get this dvd as was a present. It was sent Royal Mail second class, It would have been better to send the item 2nd class 48 or signed for which gives proof of delivery or tracking.

1) Yes you are correct the item was posted when you said it was I never said it was not. 2) You are wrong the reason showing on ebay says "Unfortunately, the seller had to cancel your order due to the following reason: Buyer asked to cancel the order." which is what i put in feedback. But I never asked to cancel the order you just cancelled it and refunded before an Item not received case could be opened. Items should be sent at least 2nd class recorded which get a proof of delivery.

Although this CD was shown as being in perfect condition in the photo in the listing, unfortunately when I received it, the lid was very badly cracked in several places, presumably caused during transit. However, when informed of this, the seller promptly issued a full refund without quibble. Very good service. Many thanks.
