Definitely positive experience, bought a MaxPed FR-1 pack from this seller, described as "pre-owned and ex cond". Ok, there were no tags so they were honest about that part, excellent condition? It was like in "New condition". MaxPed makes good stuff but I usually have to break out a lighter to singe the thread frays.. not this one. Very honest seller, they shipped super fast, and were a pleasure to deal with. I'd buy from them again without hesitation. A++
