I was a little disappointed with the wellingtons as they were described as "good quality and condition." On receipt, not only were the removable insoles completely worn through in holes, but the inside of the boots themselves were also badly worn. I have thrown the insoles away and will have to purchase new ones to replace them. It's not really worth the hassle of repackaging and returning the boots for a refund.
