The item I ordered was late to process and somehow couldn’t be delivered to the collection location I had requested on the Ebay System. Eventually it was returned to its origin. However, the seller responded to all of my enquiries and immediately issued me a refund with an apology, so thank you for the after sales care. I knocked one star off as I now have to shop elsewhere for the item I needed this week.
