Took ages to come and was wrapped in thin Christmas wrapping paper, so when it arrived it had ripped badly & contents were exposed & battered.

Agreed packaging wasn't ideal, however items were not battered, royal mail batch of deliveries were delayed, I apologised and offered remedy

Didn't let me add customisation after I purchased (I forgot) even though it hadn't been shipped out and gave me THREE black pens. Should have given more variety. Also was way too expensive for only 5 pens.

ridiculous and unfair feedback, they didn't message choices so i sent selection , and bought the listing at price they agreed !!
