      The item arrived later than promised, but it was a courier problem not the sellers. The seller described this as very good condition. When I unpacked it I think the seller undersold the description, to me it looked brand new after an intensive inspection. I have been using a week now and it's performance is brilliant.       The item was delivered slightly damaged, when turned on it proved to be dead on arrival. The photo in the listing wasn't what was delivered. Enough seemingly negative words. What happened next would be positive. Firstly the workstation was keenly priced. The seller organised uplift of the faulty machine and replacement unit drop off. So all said n done I'm happy if it was a bit of extra hassle.

      A bit Late in providing my feedback, but here it is. Before purchasing I contacted the seller MyDigital ( now called Orbit ?) and raised a couple of questions which they answered quickly. This is a lovely laptop and worked seamlessly straight out of the box. In fact I only started using it a few days ago, hence the belated feedback. It was packaged well and came as NEW which was great. HP brand new in 2020 believe was around +£1,000 so buying as NEW for £489 less Ebay disc £74 was great ! Happy!
