Disappointing that a shirt was sold as 4XL which the tag clearly stated but had been run through a dryer on high heat and was at best a 2XL. Seller did communicate well, but my suggestion would be to understand sizes on used items before you send them out. I paid more for the return of the shirt than I paid for the shirt so I actually lost money on this transaction for a shirt that was not what it was being billed as. If you are going to proffer used items, pay for the return;
